What the relationship is
Sanat Khat va Palayesh (SKP) is in partnership with MeTAS and acts as MeTAS's representative in Iran.
MeTAS representation in Iran
This is a corporate partnership and technology representation. MeTAS — MeTAS Technology and Automation Solutions Limited, based in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates — is the technology manufacturer in metering and analyzer systems, and SKP is the point at which that technology meets the Iranian market.
The relationship is defined at company level, not project by project. SKP's project portfolio records the company's own contracted scope and delivery responsibility; the MeTAS partnership sits alongside it rather than in place of it.
The representation is also recorded on the Ministry of Petroleum's foreign-manufacturer approved-vendor list, where Sanat Khat va Palayesh is entered as MeTAS's representative office in Iran. SKP is separately listed on the Ministry's long list of domestic integrators of measurement equipment and systems — the qualification under which that technology is integrated into Iranian projects.

The limits of the relationship
SKP is MeTAS's representative in Iran. SKP is not a subsidiary of MeTAS, an owner, a manufacturer of MeTAS equipment, or an exclusive distributor. Where a client needs the legal form, scope or duration of the representation stated in writing, SKP provides it on request from the official documentation.
