Project overview
Ilam Gas Refinery is a natural-gas processing refinery in Ilam Province, in western Iran. Sanat Khat va Palayesh (SKP) supplies the refinery's analyzer system packages under a contract whose main employer is the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company and whose consultant is Tarh Andishan Consulting Engineers.
SKP's responsibility begins with package engineering and integration, continues through inspection and testing to the client-approved inspection and test plan, and runs on to installation and commissioning at the refinery. The analyzer scope is recorded as its own project because it is technically separate from the metering-system scope in the same programme and is delivered against its own equipment and test requirements.

Systems and delivery
The Ilam scope is for analyzer system packages — complete assemblies delivered, tested and commissioned as units — rather than for loose field instruments. Analyzer types and equipment makes are fixed by the project's approved engineering documentation and are not published here.
Inspection runs against a single plan agreed with the employer and the consultant, so that what is witnessed in the workshop and what is witnessed at the refinery are the same set of tests.
