Project overview
Refinery No. 10 is one of the gas refineries of the South Pars Gas Complex at Assaluyeh on Iran's Bushehr coast, where gas from the offshore South Pars field is processed. Sanat Khat va Palayesh (SKP) supplies the refinery's metering systems, under a contract whose main employer is the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company and whose consultant is Tarh Andishan Consulting Engineers.
The programme behind it covers measurement systems at South Pars refineries 6 to 13 as well as the Parsian, Ilam and Shahid Hasheminejad refineries. SKP's contracted South Pars metering scope names Refinery No. 10, and that facility is what this reference project records.
Scope of work
Systems and delivery
The South Pars Refinery No. 10 scope is for a measurement system delivered as an engineered package: SKP is responsible for the assembly and for its performance as one system, rather than for individual meters. Meter technologies and equipment makes are fixed by the project's approved engineering documentation and are not published here.
Inspection runs against a single plan agreed with the employer and the consultant, so that what is witnessed in the workshop and what is witnessed at the refinery are the same set of tests.
